Common questions
Does this replace ShowingTime?
No — we sit on top of it. Keep booking each showing in ShowingTime (or whatever your brokerage uses). ShowingPilot turns the confirmed windows into an optimized, branded day for your buyer.
Do I need to sign up to try it?
You can build a tour anonymously and open it in Google Maps without an account. To save a tour you can come back to later, or to upgrade to Pro, you’ll need to sign up (free, takes 10 seconds).
Does the buyer need an account?
No. Your buyer opens the share link on any phone — no login, no app. They can leave reactions, notes, and snap photos, and it all shows up in your Feedback dashboard.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Your Pro access stays active through the end of the period you paid for, then drops back to Free.
Is my data safe?
Your saved days and buyer feedback live in an encrypted Postgres database. We don’t share or sell anything. You can delete any day from the My Showings panel.
How is a saved showing day counted on Free?
Each new showing day you save counts against the monthly cap of 3. Re-saving an existing day doesn’t count again. The counter resets on the 1st of every month.
